Buckeye Block Quilt Barn

The Adventure...

The Buckeye Block is a traditional quilt pattern that mimics the leaf of Ohio state tree, the buckeye, with it's opposite, palmately compound five leaflets. The pattern was painted by Athens Middle School Fall 2005 Advanced Art and sponsored by MDDO. Lola Mae Lackey is the barns owner.

Getting there is Half the Adventure!

This quilt square is locted at 7373 State Rte. 329 in Stewart. From Athens, travel on US 50 / State Route 32 East for 10 miles. Turn left on State Route 329. The barn will approximately 1 mile down the road.
