Ohio's Buckeye Trail

Where: 1,444 mile loop across Ohio!
Follow the Blue Blazes! The Buckeye Trail winds through 144 miles of some of Ohio’s most scenic landscapes. Four sections of the trail - the New Straitsville, Old Man’s Cave, Sciota Trail, and Sinking Spring sections - traverse Athens, Morgan, Pike, and Vinton Counties 

North County Trail

Where: South Dakota to New YorkThe North Country National Scenic Trail is a premier footpath that stretches for about 4,600 miles linking communities, forests, and prairies across seven northern states, including Ohio.

Zaleski State Forest Backpack Trail

Where: Zaleski State Forest
The Zaleski Backpack Trail is one of the state's most--if not the most--popular overnight hiking destinations. The main trail is a 23.9-mile long with several smaller day hikes options. This scenic trail passes by many points of biological, geological and historical interest.
