Dogwood Quilt Barn

Picture

The Adventure...

The Dogwood Quilt is part of "Pike's Patch's Quilt Barn Trail" in Pike County. It's top is appliqued each year by Maude Ramey and quilted by the Dogwood Quilters in Piketon to be raffled off at the Dogwood Festival. This design is adapted from the border of that quilt. The barn was previously owned by the Pettit family and pre-dates the current path of US Route 23. The square was painted by Mike Casey.
