Dresden Plate Quilt Barn

The Adventure...

Owner Sharon Manson's grandmother quilted the Dresden Quilt from which this block was adapted. That quilt was made from feed sacks purchased from Sharon's uncle's store. Sharon later salvaged blocks from the quilt to give squares to her brother, sister and children. The barn is owned by Don and Sharon Manson and was painted by members of Pike Arts Guild.

Getting there is Half the Adventure!

The Dresden Plate Quilt Barn is located at 105 Valley View Drive in Waverly. From SR 104 South turn onto Hospital Hill/Waverly Gardens Blvd. Continue to follow Valley View past Sunrise Ln. The quilt square is a short distance down Valley View on the left.
